We do not accept returns.
No changes to orders, you need to make sure that what you have in your cart is what you want to buy and that it is correct with the correct amount.
For claims the customer has 24 hours from delivery. After this period of time, no claim will be accepted. Without exceptions.
Claims are through our email. We will NOT attend to claims sent by DM, FB Messenger or WhatsApp.
Claims are only accepted if the product arrives broken from the factory. For claims you must provide all the evidence that is requested. If it is not provided, the case is dismissed.
At AD Cosmetics we make sure to verify all the product before leaving our facilities.
AD Cosmetics Online is NOT responsible for lost packages or broken products due to mishandling of postal mail. With your tracking number, you must contact the USPS so that you can make your claim (see shipping policy on our website)
