Every order is final.

We do not accept any returns.

No modifications are made to the orders, you must make sure that what you have in your cart is what you want to buy and that it is correct with the correct quantity.

For claims the client has 24 hours after delivery. After this period of time, NO claim will be accepted. Without exceptions.

The claims are through our email. We will NOT attend claims sent to DM, FB Messenger or WhatsApp.

For claims you must provide all the evidence that will be requested. If it is not provided, the case is ruled out.

AD Cosmetics Online is NOT responsible for lost packages or broken products. With your tracking number you must contact the USPS for them to respond (see shipping policy on our website)
